- Relaxation techniques
The aim of this workshop it to inform and equip attendees with a better understanding of anxiety, symptoms, triggers and a toolbox of coping techniques.
By attending a group you will meet other people who are experiencing similar things to yourself, through talking to others you may find ways of coping which you have not tried.
