Student, person-centred counsellor.
Headingley LS6 and online.
I believe a good understanding of ourselves is one of the best tools any of us can have to help us meet life’s challenges. My goal is to provide a compassionate, accepting and safe space where that understanding can grow. No matter what issues, experiences, thoughts or feelings you choose to bring to our sessions, my role is to help you explore them and the ways they affect you. We will only explore topics you are comfortable with at a pace that feels right to you.
I’m a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Becoming a BACP member means making a personal commitment to practise ethically, to a high standard and in a way that puts clients first. I’ve also been signed off by Leeds City College as ready to work with clients and hold a recent, enhanced DBS certificate.
