As a student person-centred counsellor, I offer a warm and compassionate approach that places the individual at the heart of the counselling relationship. I bring many years of experience working with young adults, which has given me a strong understanding of the challenges and transitions they may face, as well as the importance of feeling heard, valued, and supported.
I aim to provide a safe, accepting, and non-judgemental space where individuals feel able to share their thoughts and feelings openly. I believe in each person’s capacity for growth and self-understanding, and I see my role as walking alongside them rather than directing them.
Through practising empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard, I strive to build trusting relationships that enable individuals to explore their experiences at their own pace and move gently towards positive change.
