1-1 Private Counselling
Private 1-1 counselling is based on the idea that you enter into a relationship with a counsellor where you are can freely express any emotions and feelings.
This enables you to come to terms with the negative feelings that may have caused emotional problems, and develop personal skills. The objective is for you to become able to see yourself as a person with power and freedom to change.
Are you struggling with Anxiety? Are you a people please? Do you want to break the chains of self-doubt and overthinking?
SOME OF THE BENEFITS OF THERAPY ARE
An increase in self-awareness, self-understanding and self-acceptance
Improved self-esteem and self-confidence
Counselling can help you to gain clarity and make more informed decisions and enable you to regain emotional wellbeing.
You don’t need to be in crisis to seek counselling.
If you are motivated and insightful, and want to better understand how your past has impacted you, we will explore this together.
