1-1 Private Counselling

Private 1-1 counselling is built on the idea of forming a trusting relationship with your counsellor. In this safe space, you can freely express your emotions and feelings. This process enables you to come to terms with any negative feelings that may be causing emotional distress. Over time, you will develop valuable personal skills. Ultimately, the goal is for you to see yourself as a person with the power and freedom to create change.

Are you struggling with anxiety?
Do you often find yourself trying to please others?
Do you wish to break free from self-doubt and overthinking?

Some of the Benefits of Therapy Include:

  • An increase in self-awareness: Therapy helps you gain better self-understanding and self-acceptance.
  • Improved self-esteem: Through counselling, you can build higher self-esteem and self-confidence.
  • Clarity in decision-making: Counselling can help you make more informed decisions, leading to greater emotional well-being.

You don’t have to be in crisis to seek counselling.
If you are motivated and insightful, and if you want to understand how your past has shaped you, we can explore this together. Through this process, you can gain a clearer sense of your emotions and start making empowered decisions.

If you feel you can benefit from our services please contact us or complete the referral form.
